Terms of use
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms govern your use of OnTrac Tracker. You reach the platform because your employer has enrolled you on a programme; your employer’s agreement with OnTrac sits behind these terms.
Your account
Access is by invitation. You sign in with a link sent to your work email address, or through your employer’s Google or single sign-on. There is no password to share, and you should not forward a sign-in link to anyone else — it signs in as you.
What you agree to record honestly
The readings and answers you file are used to measure a real programme. Recording your manager’s sign-off is your own attestation that you obtained it; the platform takes you at your word and does not verify it afterwards.
Acceptable use
Awaiting wording: prohibited conduct, and the consequences of it.
Availability
Awaiting wording: uptime commitments, maintenance windows, and what happens when the service is unavailable.
Intellectual property
Awaiting wording: ownership of the platform, of programme content, and of what you write into it.
Liability
Awaiting wording: limitation of liability and exclusions.
Ending your access
Awaiting wording: when access ends, and what happens to your record afterwards. See the privacy policy for how long data is kept.
Governing law
Awaiting wording: governing law and jurisdiction.
Contact
Awaiting wording: the address for notices under these terms.
